Blackstone Points are grown by the fastest shucker in the state of Maine, our own Brendan Parsons. He also owns and runs the Shuck Station in Damariscotta, a favorite oyster farmer hangout. Brendan grows Blackstone points in the Great Salt Bay, the area that connects the freshwater with the salt water in the Damariscotta River and then moves their oysters to a lease off of Hog Island for an extra little kick of brine to finish them off.
