Glidden Point - Topsiders are celebrated for their thick shells and exceptional appearance, cultivated in the nutrient-dense Damariscotta River. These oysters are grown slowly and harvested by hand, ensuring a rich, pure flavor. Every step, from grading and diving to culling, reflects our dedication to delivering an unparalleled taste experience straight from Maine’s pristine waters.

Nonesuch - Pine Point Petites are grown by Nonesuch Oyster Farm, at the confluence of the Nonesuch and Scarborough Rivers converge providing a unique flavor profile. Grown in floating bags that dance at the river’s surface, these oysters develop their unique flavor next to one of Maine’s largest salt marshes. With tan shells adorned with mossy green patches, these petites offer a delightful bite with a healthy pop of brine brine and a whisper of sweet seagrass.
