Sweet Lucys' are grown at the confluence of Maquoit and Middle Bay where they have access to a diverse variety of phytoplankton due to tidal activity. Sweet Lucys' are handled often, both by hand and tumbled by machine to create a deep cupped oyster with full meat, year round.
